Dear Milo
Today your Nan and I went for a walk in a park.
If you were here, you could have come too, because your walking is so good now. You showed me that at the airport last week: you can walk a long way, round all the other people, and really fast.
You also know the names of so many animals now, and you can make the noises that they make too. There were no ducks here, but do you know what a dragon is? I found a dragon in the park about to have a drink of water. He was smiling and seemed a very friendly dragon. I think you would have tried to climb on his back and go for a ride. Because you weren’t here, I took a film of him for you. If you ask your mum or dad to click on the arrow, you will see him up very close.
After our walk, your Nan sat down on this seat in the shade because it was a warm day. You are big enough to climb up on to this seat now and we could have played the colours game just like we do with your book. You could have practised saying ‘blue’ here.
One day I will bring you here. But first you have to learn to walk up stairs because the park is on a hill. I have seen you going down stairs very fast at our place. Can you walk up the stairs in your house yet?
And then I can tell you about Mr Gaudí who made this park. He was very good at his colours, and he knew his numbers too. Can you count up to 10 yet?
Love,
Mok
